gui: ipcworker,ipcserver: Refactor

Crashes were observed, faulting in libQtNetwork.
Those were rather rare. We also have no traces.

Probably depends on some order signal/slots were
processed. Remove shared states between connections,
such as the IPCPreviewWorker and socket instance in IPCServer.
