config: parser strips "%F" etc., ignore other sections
...
Parser will ignore "%F", "%f" etc. fields now.
Furthermore it will ignore all subsections except for [Desktop Entry]
Also throws exception when .qsRun file is misformated
Removed some qDebug() calls
